International Inspirasi Khadijah Virtual (IIKV) is the highlight of on going initiatives by the Penang Halal International and the state government to support entrepreneurship development for cross border ecommerce specifically for businesses related to women centric made by or for women: from modest fashion, health and hygiene products, cosmetics, food products as well as services such as makeup, photography, spa and bridal services.

As part of strengthening the access to the global halal ecosystem, IIKV sets out to connect some of the world’s largest wholesale fashion marketplaces, global retailers, buyers and fashion decision makers; with emerging and independent brands from Malaysia.

WHY VIRTUAL EXHIBITION

The introduction of this International Inspirasi Khadijah Virtual (IIKV) is due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation and the government of Malaysia imposed a restriction to disallow any larger than 250 people congregation in addition to the restriction of entry for international business visitors through the Standard Operating Procedure (“SOP”) of Recovery Movement Control Order (“RMCO”).
