Penang Halal International (PHI), a state government agency with the responsibility of promoting the Halal business ecosystem in Penang, in collaboration with Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Pulau Pinang (JHEAIPP), the state government agency responsible for Halal certification for Penang businesses, conducted Question-and-Answer session program at Hotel St. Giles in Georgetown on October 13, 2022. This program was attended and officiated by YB Dato’ Abdul Halim Hussain, Penang State Exco for Trade, Industry, and Entrepreneur Development & Chairman of Penang Halal International, accompanied by Mr. Fazil Irwan Som, Chief Executive Officer of Penang Halal International. Along with it, 150 participants in total attended this event.
