Courtesy visit to the Islamic Committee of Krabi, Thailand

1 September 2022, Krabi – Penang Halal International (PHI) paid a courtesy visit to the Islamic Committee of Krabi, Thailand and the delegation was led by Mr Fazil Irwan Som, Chief Executive Officer.

The visit was received by Mr. Somdet Khayankarn, Central Committee Member of Islamic Committee of Krabi. Matters of halal industry related were discussed, including promoting opportunities for halal products and services marketing between Penang and Krabi and Thailand, and how Penang can benefited from Islamic Committee of Krabi experience especially in Halal tourism.
